Finally~! found this forum after much searching around... wonder why is it so hard to find... haha~ a short intro of myself..
name: Clarence (call me wEn would be fine)
age: 22 (too late to start learning magic?)
sex: male
experience: 0 yrs (know a few simple trick though)
hellooo guys~ im the new kid on the block. im interested in magic... mostly cards and coins... and i wonder where can i start.... especially those flourishes techniques... any good recommendation on where i can learn them from? dvd, books, etc..
im here to get to know more of magic, to improve my skill, to get to know more friends and to know the magical happenings in singapore~
well i don't know how things works around here in the world of magic so please guide me along guys~ thanks~!

ermmm..... i like lots of card tricks~~ especially those impromtu tricks... i would prefer non gimmick magic~ but some gimmicked stuff are nice too~! like invisible deck, etc.... haha~~ im trying to learn some xcm stuff and coins currently... well just a begginer and having a really tough time~ haha~~

It will help alot if you are going in that direction.

Hi Clarence, welcome to SMC too. Ermm, it is not too late to start magic as long you are willing to learn. For me, i started magic at the age of 22 too. Well, you can consider taking up Michael Ammar's Easy to master card miracles dvds. Some of the tricks inside are simple yet strong too. Don't worry, it is very easy to learn. As for coins like StrykerZ said, you can consider learning Bobo's Modern Coin Magic too. :rolleyes:

yes...!!! i totally agree with you haha~ im really having an impossible time... i think i spent most of my time recently just picking up cards.. haha.
wow~ so many ppl recomend the bobo's modern coin magic guess i would be good... magic castle holds it?

Go to Borders or Times to get the Bobo's. Much cheaper.
