Title: The Right Tt
Description: Discussion on various TT

PuB_Evo - December 20, 2005 09:49 PM (GMT)
Guys, i hope im posting in the right section. I am very interested in getting a TT. Not just a normal one but the right one. Its also an open discussion on various types of TT which includes size, material, shape & texture.

Hope to get as much info as possible. Thanks!

I find that the TT with a soft texture is better. Ya, color is also important because you need a color which suits you. It depends on what purpose you need to use it for. maybe you can check it out @here

depends on what u use it for.

soft TT is feels good and looks good, but hard TT works best for stuff like bill switch. thats because soft TT has more friction, so some things may be harder.

I have checked out penguin quite some time ago. Those on the site does'nt really suit me. Im likely to look for one thats hard instead of soft. On the other hand, the texture is very important too. I appreciate your reply bro.

I wont mind going for both the soft & hard TT. But i will be working more on the hard one.

Bro have you got any idea on where can i looking into on getting one? Its best if i have a wide range to look at. Thanks!

TT is one item where its best if u look in a magic shop.

there u can try all the designs and sizes to find one that suits u.

personally, i use the vernet classic hard TT, and thank goodness it works very well for me. im not sure if its the best for me though, as I have had hardly any basis for comparison.

but i guess the vernet classic should be a safe option.

Bro since you vernet classic hard TT & you seem to like it so far which i guess its ok for i haven heard of it. Mind giving me info & where to purchase and the price you paid for?
Like you've said, "try all the designs and sizes to find one that suits" Do you recommend any specific magic store where i can get to choose from a range? Thanks

Vernet have various sizes of Tt,so u might wanna check em out.
I think the classic one should fit fine, it is bout S$5-6, u can get em from the dealers from this forum...

I would personally prefer trying out the TT. I would really appreciate if those dealers reading this can reply to this tread if you have a range for me to look & try at. Thanks!

Actually, you want to try the TT use for the right size and not colour. I have been using my TT for a long time and the colour is very dark now. Laymen won't notice it if you do it properly.

Vernet's TT is ok and will last a long time but I prefer the Japanese type of TT, not too hard and not too soft.

Is it good? Well any dealers out there have the Jap type of TT mention by Magicdow, or having a range of TT so that i can choose from? Thanks alot!

GordonLi - December 25, 2005 03:08 PM (GMT)
just go to any magic shop in SG to browse...

PuB_Evo - December 29, 2005 07:34 AM (GMT)
Dealers... Where are you...

Magicdow - December 29, 2005 07:59 AM (GMT)
Just go to a magic shop, you won't really save much if you purchase it from the dealers here.

PuB_Evo - December 29, 2005 08:52 AM (GMT)
Guys thanks for the sincere advise.. I seriously know i wont get a range of TTs to look at in a magic store. ;)

Magicdow - December 29, 2005 08:53 AM (GMT)
Ang house of magic use to have a range of TTs, from the Japanese type to vernet.

PuB_Evo - December 29, 2005 08:56 AM (GMT)
Used to? Meaning not anymore? If you are not sure then its ok.. Thanks!

Lefty - December 29, 2005 04:32 PM (GMT)
get the giant one, alot of people say that it is very obvious at the part the ending of the TT and the skin color is diff. but i got a giant TT, it cover all the way that it looks really real.

Winder - December 29, 2005 11:57 PM (GMT)
Cynwell used to give some advice about TT, about those make up thingy, ask those girls to give you a bottle of the skin coloring that matches your own thumb and paint your TT yourself.

Different TT has different usage, ranges from Soft to Hard.

Good Luck ~
