... and I noticed that on the screens in the background on the Stage behind him, the picture looks a heck of a lot like David Blaine, not Cyril... Maybe I'm just crazy, but it *definitely* looks like David Blaine... Perhaps someone could explain this for me, as it's got me kinda confused! :)

PS: You'll notice that I actually managed to find the picture of Cyril that they use in that background picture... and yet it still looks like david blaine... He's got david blaine's chin, not cyrils... Although again, I'm probably just crazy.

they have quite a few features that look similar.. the up-looking eyes, the eyebrows, the lips.. ^_^

Ermm, its is definitely not david blaine.......However, they did look alike in some common features. :rolleyes:

How do you know Blaine is not good enough?

at the time where he did show street magic, he didn't need to be top-notch to kick all our asses

u can say he's not good enough cos his tricks are somewhat exposed.. and i think some of cyrils tricks are still not exposed or only to a fewer number than those of blaines.. maybe thats it.. :P

btw.. is cyrils magic tricks street magic or tv magic? :off:

Hello... Blain effects are not exposed.... is you have learn how to do wat he can then you say he is lousy if one day you know how to do cryil effect will you say him lousy as well???

Actually, we cannot say that blaine's magic is not good enough due to some exposure on the internet. It is not their fault that their magic are being expose somewhere. Well, different magicians have their own style in presenting their magic. They have already built their reputation to a level that everyone starts to know who they are. I can say that these magicians are more well known because they have made their TV specials.

As for cyril's tricks, i think he has been doing both TV specials and street magic. Perhaps one day, cyril's magic tv specials will start showing in sg?? B)

Its a look alike.. But once again the person on the stage & background is definitely Cyril Takayama.
