Anyone knows how does helicopter throw cut look likes?
I study the illustration photo in the encyclopedia of card flourish that teach helicopter throw cut...but the photos not very clear in explaining how it look like....I dont even see any bunch of cards being thrown into the air in the photos(are there?)...
I search google..but to no avail

Did you get the companion DVD?
Anyway, the helicopter card is a way of getting the top half onto the bottom half. Its quite hard to show the motion in the pictures.
And yes, there are cards in the air as its a form of aerial cut
My advise is if you do not have the DVD, to read the instructions and not just follow the pictures. The instructions tells u which finger to place where and what motion u need to achieve the cut.
all the best ^_^

If I'm not wrong, during the process of the cut, the packet in mid-air is suppose to spin, though I'm not sure how many spins.
So while trying to toss the packet out, try to make it spin.

thanks for replying. No, I did not buy the dvd. But is there any free video out there that show helicopter cut? (The video doesnt have to teach how to do it, just demonstrate how it look, enough liao)
When I do this throwing cut, does the upper half of the deck spin and fly above my hand (the hand that do the cut), or does it spin and fly to the side?

I don't think you would expect half a deck of cards to 'bomerang' back. So, I guess you'll need to grab the packet to complete the cut.
As for videos, I'm not really sure if the is any.
