Old man here. Very new to this forum.

Was reading different threads in the forum. Realised how old I am. :P

I am 30 something, not totally new to magic, understand some basic principles behind some magic tricks. Had attended some basic magic lessons some 15 years ago. :D Not known as someone who does magic. :)

My eyes are slow, my hands are stiff now, not sure if I can still pick up magic as a hobby.... still thinking where can I start? Cards? Mental? close-up? :lol:

i will say we still can take it as a hobby(as what i am doing), i suggested you should do all type of skill, then from it be one best may be coin, card or Mental and close-up.

Hmm.. relief that there are some people of my age around.. :)

I know a little of everything. Not up to performance standard yet, but really hope that I can do something that a amatuer or even a professional can say "Waaahh..."

Perhaps ask yourself which genre of magic interest you most, then learn them... Guess card mogic is the most popular...

Cards are small and easy to carry around, will surely add this to my practise list. If I can do something about normal objects that we can find in our daily lives, it would be good also (eg, rubber bands, pencil, coins, paper etc).

Any postings on the magic shops/books/DVDs in Singapore? It is kind of difficult to find one... Is there a compiled list of such?
