The best thing to do with IT is to do any nice floating routine that gets them REAL scared, then hold it close to them to REALLY "shock" them.

due to the over-exposure of IT, i would suggest the use of IT in less common situations (eg. non full float effects)

I don't really use IT, it can be quite troublesome... i always have a hard time preparing and the effect on the audience is not that great, cause like gordie said, IT is over-exposed..
