i wanna shim cards and some small objects..

for small object you cam insert needle into the smalll object

how do you shim a card?

if i aint wrong, there was this vid that teaches how to make gaff cards and how to split them effectively to make your own doublebacks, etc...

perhaps it may give some pointers or from viewing it, it will give u some idea of how to shim a card.

I think you are refering to the DVD or book called "the art of card spliting"?

u can try peeling the card length wise and inserting an extended paper clip. then use some glue or double side tape to seal back the card.

Wow Ning ,the guy that have the small vice seems like he have a workshop in his house. Anyway, he mentioned a good method in doing the shim card, but be realistic, to do a milling work, it cost around 20-50 over, for that kind of work. unless you have a technical friend in ITE that do ME as his main course, then he can do milling for u free. ITS NO EASY SHIT. Trust me.

After that it will be a piece of cake, for his items that he mentioned, you need to be familiar with the camera items to get them, it wont be easily available in camera shops, go to those places that sell professional cameras, they will have those. As for the magnet, thats the onli thing that i dun know where to get, Hardware shop in singapore wont have it.
