i am a newbie at card flourishing
i don know whether is a powdered deck is better or is a waxed deck is better.
Can someone give me advice?

powder

powder is usually recommended for flourishers. Waxed ones are more for manipulators as they fan more.

Unless your "flourishing" = fanning only, then get powder.

Experiment with both and find out which suits you....

Only your own hands can really tell you which is better.... ^_^

what type of flourish you do? fans? wax can fan better
