hey, i just got a blank deck today, wanted to try blizzard.

but found out that its kind of troublesome ..you know wad i mean =/

so i think for blank deck, maybe can be used for other creative ideas..

so i guess most of you have already got some creative beautiful ideas..?

Hmm...Drawing your own decks seems interesting =) ... touch of personality. Yeah. blank decks can do lots. Its up to your creativity and also you may also want to use blanks to replace real cards in your tricks. Like.. ACR. :g: Whatever it is. Use blanks with your creativity = :D

You can do Gemini Aces (from i forgot who) or an improvised version of it as Gemini Twins (from Brainstorm) using the whole deck.

I do use some of my blank cards for packet tricks. I love them.

Yesterday, i just managed to print on my blank cards! Though it seems just a little faded because of the air cushioned finish of the bicycle decks but still they look good.

Just for additional information my printer is Canon Pixma iP3000.

use it for flourshing, i've seen jaspas floursh with blanks.

you can add it into routines where you need to f***e stuff..

like.. "you picked the ace of spades? well look, you could have picked any card, but you picked this 1... and... the rest of the deck is blank.."

stuff like that. or you could just joke around with it by fanning it to your audience and ask them to remember any card. =.="

Yes it can be printed but i suggest u have some spare cards to test them out before the actual prints.

Maybe can show you what i printed if i'm coming for a gathering.

blank cards can be used to look nice or write your prediction on..
like i have a blank card here..see how it matches the deck...cool huh?
guess what.. i am going to cheat a little bit..you see this blank card belong to this deck and will know what was the card you have picked just by rubbing its scent on the rest(procceeds to rub card on deck) then write your prediction accordinly to what the card " tells" you..

The blank deck should be use really wisely to create a huge impact. But don't overuse it as its effect might be undermined.

In fact, a simple pick a card trick, and then the rest of the cards are shown to be blank (maybe they "turned" blank magically, or as a prediction effect) can be potentially very strong.

This is because practically NO layperson has ever seen such a deck before. The very sight of blank cards is sooo queer and weird that it will appeal greatly to laypeople.

yup.. i agree.

laypeople that see the blanks for the 1st time can give shocking reactions. :lol: however if they've seen it before, they usually react like "oh, that deck again"

the magic is lost.. hope i'm not echoing here. :ph43r:

by the way, i feel like making a customised deck after looking at all these ideas.. haha.. probably make 1 after my exams. anyone else wants to make? can brainstorm for ideas...

I had a short routine using a blank deck a while ago that killed spectators. I'm not sure where it is so I'll see if I can dig it up.

yeah, people who did not see a blank deck before got shocked after seeing it. i showed my friends and they all @@.

lol, now for my blank deck, i get spectator to take any card and don't see, put at the top. then talk awhile, ask spectator to guess wad card it is etc......

then do ACR.. then use some of my own pattern to reveal the deck is blank except for the spectator's chosen card...

very simple and effective. i like it =D

I dont really get the point of using a blank deck for ACR
If you are using double blank then that's a good idea. But if you are using blank face for ACR, well, no comment.
If you wanna reveal at the end saying that ONLY the chosen card has got something printed on top, any effect will do.
i use my blank deck for mentalism.
or use them as gaffs in regular pack.
