It's a bit sad that Ngee Ann doesn't have a 'magic' club unlike republic. And xerium, hope to meet you soon!

I think having a magic club is a no no in school. I don't want to perform an effect to some people and have them saying that you're able to learn all those from the magic club in school.

Having a club in school doesn't make the art exclusive anymore.

No, I was thinking of the club having a sort of a test before entry... let's say 10 different tricks using different sleights each time. Sort of like interview thing.

Even so, the art won't be as exclusive anymore.

Its just like having a Daniel Garcia DVD selling in HMV.

Also, you don't want your friends to keep pestering you to perform just because they know you're from the club.

Agree with what he says. I rather we meet up and exchange pointers or something instead of having a club. So have you receive your package? Maybe we can meet up after orientation or something cause we will be studying in the same campus. We are from the business school. B)

wed NP call me to say i got in :g:

don worry Ling, i heard from one of the lecturer that the later you get your reply, the better it is. one of my friend got his reject call about 2-3 weeks ago from NP. the will reject then pick the last few :g:

but i will say this year is very hard to get into poly... :blink:

as far as i know, the camp is within the school i.e school of sciences, school of business. not entire campus. so if we're in different schools, we won't be seeing each other at camp? haha.

I am in school of business. Knows of a fellow forumer in school of business too! Anyways, I paid my fees at OCBC bank.
