Eh.. can any teach me how to convert 3GPP content(From my handphone) into other formats such as WMV or something...

Do a little google-ing and you will find lots of converters!
Most converters have a trial version available for instant download which is good enough as it allows conversion of your videos for up to 5 minutes each video ;)
