Vol 2 of Osterlind's Mind Mystery series teaches you how to use the BTC to perform 1 full routine consisting of gambling, and mentalism all in one.
Alternatively, if you had purchase osterlind's 20th Anniversary BTC manuscript, there are some effects inside too.

You can do many things witha stacked deck. Even without reference from Osterlind, you can refer to Erdnase which I believe has a section on stacked deck. Either Erdnase or Royal Road to Card Magic. Not too sure.

Use your imagination. Mentalism effects (broad topic) is a great start. That's redundant though since this is a mentalism forum...oh well. Anyway, Osterlind's Mind Mysteries 2 is a good source.
