forgive me for being very newbie, but what does PM mean? is it private messaging or something? and also how do i go about PMing someone, because when i click on a user's name the website says i am not privileged to use this feature of the forum.

Its either you access from your control panel, or press the PM button at the end of that persons post. Yep. Its private messaging. :lol:
