Title: Where To Use?
Description: Eradnase Change

Hope I don't expose anything here.

Anyway, when doing the Eradnase Change, do you guys use your fingers or use the part of the palm below the fingers to p**** off the face card?

Brad Christian used his fingers in his Classic Color Change, while Oz Pearlman used his pinkie and a mentor of mine taught me to use the palm. So what do you all think?

I use bottom of palm. More natural. Fingers dont look fishy.

pinky and palm for me. u need both! be relax when doing this. I see too many people doing this change with stiff/straightened) hands.

Oz pearlman does it well. So yeah.

haha ya i thot you need both fingers and palm? anyway when i do this colour change i try not to p*** the card too much just a little bit will do. Oh by the way i think if you just use your palm to do it i think you will flash a little bit of the card. Hope i did not expose anything here. :)

using the palm would be better, i think. that way, you can show your fingers kind-of empty. ^_^

I use the side of my hand. Right side, from your perspective.

Palm work fine with me. Practice more and this effect is astounishing. I always get wow how u did that from laymen. I suggest u do diff variations to see what suits u. Everyone is diff right? Do something u comfortable with.

Personally, I use the pinky and start the move as I turn my hand face down. I feel that this gives me great cover and yet less suspicious than the usual parallel approach of the hand towards the deck.

The other style which I have seen done, and I do like it, is the move being started by the action of flattening the hand on the deck. It is really smooth.

The 2 methods I mentioned above are superior (in my opinion), because needless movements of the hand beyond the deck is avoided. Of course, if you just do it the standard way (where the hand just pushes the card), yet movement is really minute, then good for you! This is the first time I hear of use of palm, but I would think it is unnatural (the only thing is that it is naturally suspicious) to cover something with just the palm (to show the fingers empty) and not the fingers AND the palm. I am not sure if anyone can cover the whole deck with just the palm anyway. Moreover, I think that showing the fingers is not that important as long as your hand is seen empty at first and approaches the deck either by flipping it face down (1st method described) or a straight down approach (2nd method described). This is because there is no conceivable way to have done anything in those actions.

The most important thing about this change is ensuring that the card is covered as much as possible by your hand when the move is started. If anyone of you has noticed, Jay Sankey does this move quite badly as his fingers encounter the deck at about the halfway mark, exposing a rather large portion of the face card, which of course hints at the secret when it moves.

Palm works best for me. but i think u should try all and stick to one that you feels comfortable with.

I'm following the Oz pearlman's way for now. I feel it has great coverage and yes, i feel more at ease in doing so.

Eradnase Change

Erdnase... ^_^

I'm using the pinky for the initial move.
One of my favourite colour-changes.
I've got lots of ideas and thoughts on it.
Do ask me about it if you're interested if we bump into each other.

Side of my palm and fingers spread open showing the face up card change as I rub the card across from the front and slightly close my fingers up and the magic ACE of Spade appears from NOWHERE ! WOW.

Tat is for when i changing a top card, if I am changing a face down card, pinky, palm or watever, CP from the bottom also will do it.
