Description: A review

I won't say that Canz is extremely easy to pull off. It is rather extremely angle sensitive.

Passing Thru
For passing through, the dvd quality is'nt as good as what you get from ellusionist. The quality is rather poor.
I won't reccomand getting the dvd. Unless if you want to watch it many times on different places. The downloadable one is sufficient enough.

The Method
Extremely visual - Yes

No bulky gimmicks - Yes
For the gimmick used, you may need to practise it a little to get it down right.

Easy execution
VERY easy. BUT you will need to have good presentation and misdirection skills.

Can use a borrowed bottle
Yes.

Can use a borrowed coin
Yes.

Props can be handed to spectator to keep.
Yes. And this is the kicker.

I would say that this effect is good. However, I would'nt want to do it in singapore. Given that it is rare that you get a chance to get hold of glass bottles. It can be done on a coke bottle but it may be a giveaway if you try. There is also an issue of the angles of this illusion which has a slight problem for a begginer. But with careful misdirection, you would be able to pull it off easily.

The price
For this secret at a cost of 17 usd, I can say that it is worth it. But if you are a type who hates gimmicks, don't get this one. Mainly because although the gimmick is quite invisible to the naked eye, it is hard to work around with. You will need good presentation skill and misdirection to pull this off.

Overall 7/10
Well, my first impression of the trick was. No way. NO WAY. When I tried this on a performance, it good extremely good reactions. The secret is simple enough. But the execution may be a little hard for beginners. So overall, if you are the type of person who likes to give them a visual impact get this. Because this trick is extremely visual. But if you hate gimmicks, I would'nt reccomand this. Because again, although the execution is simple enough, its a hard gimmick to work around with.

P.S Sorry if i posted this review in the wrong topic. But I think this is relevant as people may want to know other illusions from Kevin Parker.

Mod's note, post split from the Nexus thread.

This review is good, i been thinking whether i should get this product due to its visual impact.

But seems like its not the type of magic i going into, thanks for the help.

But, to me, its not hard to do it in singapore, i dun know whether it will work, but if u talking abt glass bottles, snapple bottle will be fine, and at some time of the day, in coffee bean, some ppl did drink snapple and in then u can perform right infront of their eyes, with their bottles and with their coins.
