Hello,
Does anybody know where to buy Krylon Spray paint No. 1311 or matte finish or Testors Dullcote No. 1260 in Singapore. Any advice on their use appreciated bros!

I am very much under the impression that this can be found in most hardware stores.
If not, i also remember someone mentioning that it can be found in Bras Basah (spelling?) in some of the arts supplies shops?
Not sure which ones thou, wait for the complusive magic shoppers and DIYers to give a better answer.

It is actually quite difficult to find them here. But you can get your dealers to order for you (I don't think its very expensive from your dealer).

Correct, its hard to get Dullcote in Singapore. I got mine from the dealer.

Dealer? which dealer, possible to get some contact etc? Anyway is this the roughing spray meant for the IC?
