I don't t think the effects you mentioned will be covered in this lecture as it was already covered in his previous lecture.

You have to buy the effects from him and you can't modify your deck.

The venue is at City Bay View at Bencoolen street. Go to the lobby, there is a monitor beside the lifts. Check the room (most likely on the 5th floor). There'll be someone at the door to collect the money. I'll submit the names to them.

I just had dinner with Charles Gauci and was told that this lecture will contain some very strong effects.

There will be some effects that are reputation makers and most of his stuff are easy to do.
