The best no palm wallet has to be the Mullica wallet, which now comes in a cool hip size :) Retails for about $100 odd sing dollars so I guess it is a rather fair price to pay since most wallet of quality leather cost around that price.

The SAW was never meant to be a "CTW" wallet.
You might want to wait for the Triple Threat Wallet to be put out by Anthony Miller.
Daniel Garcia is also releasing a new wallet. Think is the Anything Wallet.
I doubt the Hip Pocket Mullica provides enough outs for KK. It's not much of an everyday wallet and loading is tighter due to it's small size.
JOL Plus Wallet Small by Jerry O'Connell is worth considering. It has a No-Palm feature and should be able to fufill the requirements to perform KK.
If size isn't an issue, check out the JOL No Palm Wallet.
You can contact me if you require more info.

I just read about the Garcia wallet and the Triple Threat on the Cafe, it seems to be the Ultimate wallet for it.
Is the Triple Threat released already? I know the Garcia one is still under construction.

So, after you've showered and bought your duty free stuff, the Dubai airport is about as boring as any other. That's why I'm typing this even though it it won't meet with the oringial requirements.
The mullica is a good choice for no palm but that's about all you can do with it. I've used a BKM wallet for a while. That has the benefit of allowing you to palm a card into a zippered compartment if you choose.
The best value, imho, is the new Jerry O'Connel Plus wallet. I think it sells for US$140. However, you can use it like a mullica, except the card comes from a zippered compartment rather than a second wallet, a Kaps, where you plam the card into a zippered compartment, or a Lepaul, where you plam the card into a sealed envelope that's in a zippered compartment. This is, without question, the easiest loading wallet around.
It also comes with an ID case that can be used in place of the envelope and allows you to perform confabulation (if you go in for that mentalism stuff).
While not quite as good as the original, the new version sells for about half of the previous one (including all the options).
As for Kolossal Killer, once you've bought the manuscript and learned the routine you will probably be able to find a "regular" wallet that will work just find.

bigbadwolf, if i'm not wrong, there's someone selling the mullica wallet at the marketplace area. The wallet cost about S$70, which i think is considerably affordable.
Hope this helps. =)

Yeah, check out Shufi's wallets now at Marketplace... he's got quite a range! I got the Mao's Wonder Wallet and it's pretty nifty too. Besides being a card to wallet, you can pull things out of it- solid shot glasses, miniature bottles of scotch, etc.
I know a lot of people who use the Kaps on Fire wallet because not only is it a card to wallet, it's got that cool pyro effect... I've heard also that the Heirloom wallet works pretty much like the Outlaw one as well, at a small fraction of what the latter costs. You may wanna check that out as well.
Good luck! :)

I would recommend the Kaps on Fire wallet. i got one myself, 2 in 1 effect, pretty cool. :D Worth the price, but i heard that it is going to be out of production...
Sorry about that, this one need palming... no harm learning how to palm. :g:

It's not actually going out of production, just that there's some delay in the new batches. The latest Kaps on Fire wallet Kinachi got from me was an actual spare belonging to the creator, Mr. Jardonett  So those who want to order a new one from him, may have to wait awhile...

I personally favour and recommend palm-styled wallets for card to wallet effects.
I think the distancing between the deck and the wallet is kind of important from an asthetic point of view. I use the Balducci and the Draun wallets.
Conceptually it is also stronger, and makes for better deception. That said, there're lots of amazing effects that the Mullica wallet can create - I've seen some extremely clever applications.
