Title: Volcano Wallet By Jim Pace

Gabriel-wong - August 1, 2006 03:33 PM (GMT)
I'm starting to get more Jim pace trick actually. So posting a few tricks he came up with.

I heard he has a fire wallet called the Volcano wallet. Its far more expensive than any other normal fire wallets. Can anyone tell me some comments about this gimmick?

I also heard that when you open up the wallet, fire comes out and you could control it to stop or make it worst. lol. Thats what I've heard. :P

This is a nice fire wallet. Unlike most of the wallet's out there, the Volcano Wallet is electronic. There is no f***t to replace. However, you do need flash paper.

After closing the wallet to extinguish the fire, it can be re-opened to show it completely normal.

Magically,

Yup, nice concept but I know a user who isn't very satisfied with his Volcano Wallet By Jim Pace actually... Won't mention names, will just wait for him to review his thoughts here if he wants to. He was trying to perform with it during the CCF event last week.

FYI, the batteries for Volcano Wallet cannot be replaced yourself... you'll have to send it back to Jim Pace plus replacement fee, unless you wanna risk doing it yourself.

My 2c worth... Do as much research as possible on products before buying them (are you sure you reeeeeeeeeeeally want/ need it?). Pyro stuff are cool, but which ones works best for you? :)

There are many other fire wallets available. And cheaper too. Have you considered Kaps on Fire Wallet? Blackwing & Lukold love theirs to death... ask anyone who saw their antics at the post-CCF jam session

Good luck!

The worth of a product depends on the performer's usage. It's pretty much case to case. Fire wallets are usually quicky openers. Open a wallet. Flames burst out. Close the wallet. Poof the end.

If this suits you and you're able to incorporate the effect to a larger routine, then probably you can consider getting it.

The techical aspects of the wallet is pretty much up to your preference. Advantages of electronics could be less hand motion and more of a sure fire. I have heard stories of classic fire wallets failing them at the wrong moments. Both types of wallet will require replacing of parts in the long run. Depends on the frequency of usage.

Just make sure what you spend on is justifiable. Don't let it end up in that special drawer we all have.

Hope this wont end up in my special drawer . :P

Yep... but remember hor, this one needs flash paper, which isn't very cheap. There are other pyro wallet alternatives out there, which are more economical and don't require flash paper... just zippo lighter fluid, priced at 3 bucks and will last you much longer than an entire flash pad will

For me flash paper is not that expensive. I mean i can get it cheap.

So I think I won't have any problems liao. Haha. Thanks for the advise!

The proper way to use a fire wallet is to buy something at a store or counter, wait for the person to pack/wrap the goods up, pick the goods up, and when they ask you to pay, open the wallet, start the fire, let out the girliest scream you can, and run away with the open wallet in the palm of your hand.

Done right this effect has the advantage of practically paying for its cost. :g:

Hey.

Seriously. Don't get it, I'm the very unsatisfied customer.

Its very erratic, lights at times and not at others, because of that, I singed my hair at the CCF, ask raoul and ning.

In fact i'm probably going to get a Jardonnett (Kaps on fire) to replace it.
