I'm interested in Levitation Magic. =) It never fails to amaze me!! I hope to learn more about it in this Magic Circle!

Cheers!

Are you the guy we met at Subway?

HI Aloy,

I don't think we've met. =) In fact, i'm only 2 days old into this magic world!

I've always been interested in Magic and feel that i should put something into act now! i've procrastinated it for too long!! My first official commitment started yesterday when i joined this forum. =)

Oh yes, i should introduce more of myself (looking at Joel's introduction, i think i'd missed out too much! haha!)

Name: Leonard
Occupation: Personal Banker
Graduated: Australian National University (Bach. Econs and Finance)

Most memorable magic i'd seen on TV:

1. Making snow out of white paper: I saw this act on tv when i was in Australia doing my degree. There's this guy on stage who sat in the middle of the stage telling his life story towards the magic world. Setting and music were perfect. After tearing the paper into bits and pieces, it just flew out of his palm and turned into snow!!

2. Flying paper plane: This magic was performed by Cyril (Japanese Magician). He folded a paper plane and place it on the floor, and it took off!!!

That is why, i want to focus and start off with the simplest levitation magic.

Appreciate all your advices and guidance!

THanks!

I see...

Well, to be perfectly honest with you, levitation is probably not the best genre to start magic with. There are some basic principles that would be much more useful for you now than jumping straight into levitations.
Levitation is not necessarily more difficult than these basics, but knowing the basics will help you do the levitations MUCH BETTER.

I would suggest you contact any of the dealers we have in SMC and ask them to recommend you some material that covers the basics 1st.

And welcome to the forums. Hope your magic journey be a long and lively one. B)
