The condition is good. I've flipped through it, but the pages are all in pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear. The dust jacket was kept separately so nothing bent, folded, or stained.

I got it at almost sixty dollars, now selling it at $45.

Why am I selling it then? Poor lah... Less than $50 left in bank account. One must eat... Heh.
