I had almost wanted to sign up for the lecture, but darn, think I will be out of the country then. :( Maybe I'll have to get someone to get it for me! :) See if I can change my date of travel.

Spooked is an excellent effect. It's a version of Haunted Deck utilizing one of the varieties of a certain utility gimmick. The included gimmick is of high quality and manufactured by the best company which produces this certain gimmick and I believe it contains the stronger variety of the refill for the gimmick.
Due to the fact that Spooked contains the gimmick, the price of the package is around $100. I've been using Spooked for a long while now and it is indeed the best version of the Haunted Deck since the deck is placed on the floor and it looks impossible for the performer to manipulate the deck in any way because of the placement of the deck.
The second major improvement to the Haunted Deck which Spooked has is the card popping out of the deck. It's very visual and unexpected which garners very good reactions from the spectators. I highly recommend Spooked but if you already own one of the gimmicks then I really can't see how the price of the package is justifiable.
