Is it on a laptop or a pc? Well, I don't think we can really help much because we arn't there to see the video for ourselves. It could be the program's( the one you are using to view the videos ) fault.
I would think you can try ringing up the stall that sold you your webcam or check out the website of your webcam for FAQ's or help. I hope this helps =)

Freeze could be right.
I had problems playing the videos of games I captured using FRAPS.
The video was laggy and weird.
I tried capturing again, but still, the same problem.
I got my answer after a little Google-ing :)
You may need to compress the video by converting it.
Try converting it to AVI format. (that was what I did and I no longer face the problem)
If your video is under 5mins in length, you can just download any trial video converters.

u can try rendering it a few times.
U could use window movie maker if you dont have any other video editing program in ya comp.
That would compress the file.
Are there any other ways?

I think it's because your webcam automatically compressed the clip, thus the choppiness.. SO maybe if u could search thru the functions and see if there;'s one for you to adjust the settings, to compress once it's filmed or, to jus live it raw and uncompressed..
