The price for the book is as follows.
Normal price: Book with Companion Video CD of Sleights: US$56.00 plus US$16 shipping. Total US$72 if you order yourself.

5 books and Video CD: Larry will reduce the shipping charge from US$16 to US$10 and give an additional US$5 discount off per book. That would come to $61 per book instead of US$72.

10 books and Video CD, the shipping per book would be US$9 and would include a discount of US$7 per book so the cost per book would be US$58 per book.

Thanks for your interest in 21st Century Coin Mechanics. It's in its second printing now. The discounted prices still hold for orders of 5 or 10 books. Shipping prices have gone up but I will keep the shipping charges unchanged. :D

In order to get the discount, the shipment has to go to a single address. The books, CD and free coin will be shipped by US Priority Air mail.

For 3-4: $64 per book :)
For 5-9: $61 per book :) :)
For 10 or more $58 per book :) :) :)
