is the lace examinable to the spectator after the effect? Can he pull on it and not think it is a trick lace?

I dont think that the laces can be examined after the effect is done, and that is the only flaw in the effect I guess. I read from the forums that you can even choose not to shake you leg and simply let the shoelaces tie themselves visually, without any cover of shaking your leg.

The shoelaces that is seen untied, is the actual shoelaces that is tied after the effect is done. (Those who own STS will get what I mean) There is no "switch" involved. Haha. Also, the only thing I do not like about STS is its resetting part, which is really a hassle and can take up some time. Sometimes I do feel slightly uncomfortable too. But the ASL is said to be just rigged onto the shoe, and the reset is instant.. Wow.

Sounds really great huh? :!!: Lastly.. Its even cheaper than STS! :lol:

Was wondering what it would be like to use STS and this new shoelace effect together. One on each leg. First use STS. Let them examine the lace all they want. Then after they are satisfied, on your other leg, use the new effect that can't be examined, but pull up the leg of your pants so that they know that it is not something up your sleeve - I mean pants. That way, we eliminate any suspicion that it is a gimmick lace with the STS and eliminate the possibility that it has something to do with your pants with the new lace.

Can't wait for someone to do a detailed review on this new effect.
