Alright, I guess I am kinda of lucky to have viewed this effect since it was release like 2 - 3 days ago? Here's a review on it. No doubt Garcia has clear instructions for Fraud's tutorial.

Effect: Borrow's spectator's bill, signs it , moves the seal on the bill , ends clean. Bill is then given to spectator immediately to examine. Bill can be given out as a sovinier. How good is that? =)

Pros
-Extremely visual
-Signed bill
-Bill can be given back to the spectator after Fraud's performance , with it's signature.
-Comes with everything together with the dvd to prepare the bill.

Cons
-Only can be done with USD bills.

Overall I would rate it a 8/10 because it's a very clever idea by Garcia. But the bad thing is that SG bills won't work. It may work if SG bills are not filled with so much color. =( But it's practical if you don't mind working with USD.

Well, I guess the Ultimate question has been answered. It does not work on our local notes. Too bad..if only its a universal effect but for one who does not mind carrying USD around I would this is a reputation maker ^_^

Well my friend adam got to see someone performing this , and he did this with a singapore 5 dollar note.He moved the digit 5 across.

Its all about tweaking it so that you can do the effect right on different bills. Our main problem when using Singapore bills is because there are both plastic and paper notes.

Just bought my fraud DVD. The video says it can only be used on American dollar bills, but i did it on Singapore ones. It worked pretty well except of a few details( you know what i mean u if have the DVD). Anyone of you guys did it on Singapore dollar bills too?

Its the paper ones. But i believe the plastic ones are also able to be used, though its a bit difficult.(you know if you have the DVD).

It cannot be done on the plastic. I cant say why, cause it lead to exposure. But it cannot be done.

Unless you use some toxic or what. :)

I am another idiot who tried it on Sing bills and almost got caught by security guard for doing it for other people because i forgot to give the guys a fresh bill after the effect. But YES it can be done. And it works PRETTY well!
