You won't find these types of books in local bookstores or anywhere else. You can only get these from magic dealers.
As for the price, you should know the retail price in US dollars (since you were able to post a pic of the book). Multiply by 1.61 to convert it to Singapore dollars.

You could try Kinokuniya or Borders. But even at these places, the selection is very limited.
