Exams are over (for most) so it's time to chill out ;) Please note that this is limited to 20 pax... Ade (my lovely assistant) & I are co-ordinating this so PLEASE help to make it easy for everyone ^_^

This is the plan:

Meet up @ Harborfront MRT ctrl stn - 7pm SHARP (late comers will have to buy everyone dinner!) ...Magicians to makan at Vivocity followed by the much talked about MOVIE!!!

We anticipate the movie to screen around 8ish so that gives us about an hour to eat before we hit the theatres. Of course if time allows, we can jam after the show and yak and yak and yak...

Because it's a Fri evening, we have to book the tickets first. Ade & I are gonna book the tickets the day before (that's Thu, 19 Oct) as the online booking for the group needs to be done... we all want confirmed seats right? So please make sure you pass us $10 for each ticket BEFORE next thursday.

PM Ade @ yong_tianadeline ...she studies @ NTU so if you're in the area or live/work/study near boon lay interchange, you can pass her the cash after contacting her to discuss beforehand ;)

Feel free to contact me if you'd like to do payment via e-banking/ ATM fund transfer or wish to meet up somewhere central (Little India MRT) ^_^ Remember... payment = confirmation.

I was at Vivocity a couple of days ago, not all restaurants are open yet though. So you might want to call the information counter to check and let Ning our birthday girl choose her favourite ^_^ Alternatively we can dine at Harbourfront first and then walk over. Harbourfront has Spizza so that might be a nice place as well. My office is near harbourfront so let me know if you need any help ^_^

Thanks, jeromefang! I was at vivocity on friday too. Though some of the shops were not opened yet, a lot of them were getting ready to open on saturday so we should have lots of choices (plus harbourfront as you have said) by fri.

Just watched this movie today. It is one of the best movie's I've watched this year.

Ning, you have to book very early, because i tried to book on 3 pm for a 830pm today, and it was packed alreadi. Crazy!!!

Ok guys... there's no 8pm slot, only slots for 9.30pm so in that case, we'll makan first and jam before heading for the show. It'll end before midnight so transportation shouldn't be a problem ^_^

Yeah it's wierd... I saw it as 9.40pm in the papers later this morning but when I made the bookings online in the weehours, it was 9.30pm. Nevertheless, everything sticks to the plan.

Wow just watched it just now! Was real cool. You should bring along your layman friends as this movie will explain why magic secrets cannot be revealed. Because then it wouldn't be magical!

The movie does expose some illusion but not directly--->it doesn't scream out the method but if you watch carefully, yeah you should be able to get it. It introduces audiences to stooges. which i did not feel very comfortable with.

Anyway, this show may seem magical but i think like 6-7 people died in it. Lawl. The prestige is supposed to be the final part of your whole trick. The part that draws applause. I felt slightly baffled by the ending but yeah, this movie is very thought provoking.

Have fun watching it! Oh and ning happy birthday!! ^_^

wow man i watched it last wk, 11/10, seriously the best movie i have watched this whole yr, and bring ur lay ppl along like aaron said, and the ending is the best i have ever seen, and the story line is just so brilliant, i wonder who wrote the novel
