Hey. I'm just curious, is there any word yet on IF Magic 2007 (aka International Festival of Magic) ? Anyone have an idea when it will come back?

Yup I am interested too. I went for the 2003 one and i love it! looking forward to it, hopefully they bring in the best of the magic world.

Sorry to burst your bubble you guys but it wont be happening... I've been wondering that myself as well as I truly enjoyed the last one ^_^ However, it's confirmed that Lawrence & Priscilla are too busy with their tours to organise the next IF. This is direct news from the source, so I'm very certain about it *sigh* Hopefully the year after then! :)

Yup that is sad. looks like we have to attend lectures organized by IBM or SAM.

Yep :) It's a meeting of sorts and you get to really open your social circle and rub shoulders with magicians from overseas and local ones from the other circles too ^_^ there's dealer booths, lectures and workshops, competitions, shows, etc. I relly enjoyed the last IF... I'm sure everyone who went did too!

Regarding the IF thingy, i think that might be a magic convention (Not IF) next year, gonna be a big event, so we shall all wait and see. :)

Yup! This is what i know, not very sure when and where will it be, but definitely not early next year, maybe towards the mid or end, the worse thing is that i will be carrying my M16 in some ulu ulu forest.

I don't think they use M16 anymore ;)
Last in-camp, i was the only one in my whole coy who still uses a M16

Aloy, so what rifle do they use now ?
Anyway it's a pity that IF 2007 is not going to come true.

Anyway, gosh, i hope its not END of the year! Judging by this year's workload+exams, by the time its end-year, i will be pretty much like a zombie walking around mumbling weird terms already...
