wait a minute i thought its by garcia, its inside his Next notes, which i have, well i managed to get the smoke out of my mouth, but i am really unsure whether its safe. great effect though

This is different. Its a paddle effect using a lighter.

No Smoking by Jean Luc Betrand. Its a very nice routine. I was very tempted to get it but the price tag on it is rather steep. Nonetheless, its a very visual effect where the No Smoking logo on the lighter appears, disapperas on both sides and even jump from one lighter to another lighter and finally with a kicker double lighter ending. Those who have seen it will know what i mean ^_^ Start paddling my friends haha... :lol:

That's the No smoking effect i know of. So what is this effect by Mr. Garcia?

Garcia's one can be found in his Project DVDs I think.. Its a effect where the spectator selects one card, lost back into the deck, then, borrow a lighted ciggarette, and then u take the cigg and start to burn the deck at 1 spot. As it starts to burn, the cigg penetrated the deck, and it suddenly stops. It stops burning at the selected card..
Something like Jay Sankey's In A Flash bah. :)
The other No Smoking is a very nice routine I must say.. However, the price is considered very high for the things that you get.. :(

This is not No Smoking. This effect dtjk just mentioned is called "Third Degree".
No Smoking is an effect found in Garcia's Next Notes. It is supposedly an impromptu effect where you can produce a significant amount of smoke out from your mouth. Just like smoking but without a cigarette. Ain't that cool :D
Those who can't find the Next Notes, no fret, a DVD called "Warning" by DG will be out soon at E teaching you how to SMOKE out. haha... :lol:

wait a minute i posted a reply on this and it vanished, i have his next notes, and today i produced quite a significant amount of smoke, but i was coughing a bit, i better not try it, i am a little afraid that it might be dangerous, and u can find it at lybrary.com
