Need help, guys.

I am in the school band, and even though I have sort of retired, they have a concert coming up and need my help.

One of the songs they are playing is called "Flower Fantasy", and after that, they want the conductor to do some magic related to flowers, such as the conducting baton change into a flower, or something. Generally, they want a flower or flowers to be magically produced.

Anyone has any ideas? If you have other flower ideas other than production, please state it here. I need help asap. Thanks!

Are you the conductor or will you have to teach the conductor how to perform the effect?

Generally I'd feel extremely uncomfortable with revealing to a layman how something is done.

Conductor usually wears long sleeve. A sleeve bouquet production would be nice. How about topping that up with a split production? But then again, if he has never done this before, then he might just screw it up. And it don't make sense for the conductor to do the magic. Why not you who is the magician do something? A silent act while the band is playing the music. That would be nice.
