It's an excellent everyday wallet. I've been using mine for 2 years now as an everyday wallet. You cannot put coins in it though - like MOST men's wallets - but it's a small detail I'm sure most can live with.

Get it from Ning. It's a steal at the price she's selling it at.

PS: You do need to know how to get the card to the wallet and it's the learning curve on that isn't exactly too gentle. So if you're just starting out, it might take you awhile to get the nerve to do it.

In my opinion, Kaps on Fire is a good fire wallet, but a really bad one for card to wallet.. It just.. sucks if you want to use it for card to wallet, but its probably the BEST fire wallet around.

You want a good card to wallet effect? Try Mullica's wallet (requires no palm). Real man wallet and others kinds of whatever wallet requires palming and some skills for the load..

But.. if you want a fire wallet, just get Kaps on fire. No need to think twice.

That's a matter of opinion I suppose, but I find it to be the best card to wallet I've ever used. It takes more work but anything worthwhile should never be easy.

The Mullica wallet's a great wallet, but I think it's not a good wallet for a direct card to wallet transposition because the wallet and the deck need to come together for a brief moment. It spoils the beauty of the effect. What makes the card to wallet such a strong piece is the direct simplicity (Do NOT read EASY) and clarity of effect. It hits them hard - the "NO WAY" type of hard - and since the deck is nowhere near the wallet, the spec is left with no choice BUT to conclude that the card got there magically (assuming you did your sleights justice with enough practice).

Of course, what I said works for ME. EVERY wallet is good at what it was designed to do - that is, by its creator. Since we're left to choose from a buffet of wallets that are not designed by us for us, we just pick the one that fulfils the following needs:

1) Purpose - what you intend for it to be during your effect. The type of effect really matters what type of wallet you use. For instance, I almost NEVER use the fire feature when I do card to wallet - it detracts from the main plot of the card transposition and weakens the overall impact of the impossible location. In fact, I rarely use the fire feature.

2) Skill - This is a fine line. You got to decide the level of proficiency at which you're willing to reach to perform any effect before actually fielding it in a real performance. You might want to work your way up from one point to another. Again, its something you got to decide - how much time you want to spend practicing a move for a load? Or you could always start with a easy loading wallet while you're practicing for the hard one. (Honestly, the Jargonnet wallet's not hard to load with a little practice and misdirection - i've seen lots of noobs perform it without a thought; badly, I'd admit, but successfully nonetheless).

3) Budget - HAHAHA. 'Nuff said.

Hope all that helps anyone out there STILL looking for that non-existent PERFECT wallet.

There are so many types. What kind are you looking for?

hi jeff, actually i just need a wallet for daily use. so i decided to get a 'magical' wallet. erm i think most of the wallets have the same effect(card to wallet). i think i have decided to get kaps on fire, since it can use for card to wallet and has this fire effect. :)
