Just bought nosferatu nail, but i couldn't get the residue. It keeps burning out after awhile, i don't even know how it looks like! Must it be burn on the inside of the lid? How do I get the residue? Please help

It seems no one here is well acquited with it yet (afterall, it just came out some months ago) to offer solid advice. If you're having problems, you should contact the creators... I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help a customer ^_^
