Title: Mjm Magic
Description: Anyone had problems with MJM Magic befor
Doublelifter - January 13, 2007 05:11 PM (GMT)
First time ordered some stuff from MJM Magic and
it's like coming to 2 months already, have yet to
receive the items. No such problems before with
Ellusionist, Penguin and a host of others.
Anyone have problems with them before? Surely
2 months is not the norm for a USPS Airmail
parcel even with Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year
Holidays thrown in. Anyway I'm expecting the worst.

Doublelifter,
I've had dealings with MJM Magic and I can vouch for their fantastic customer service. Just drop them a mail and tell them your problem, I have full faith that they'll sort it out for you.
I've never had a bad dealing with them and their shipping takes about a week or less to Singapore, they're the best dealers I've had. So seeing your post got me confused. Well, even the best of us falter.
Don't worry, I'm sure it's just some problem they overlooked, not the end of the world. As I said, just shoot Jeff (owner) and e-mail and he'll sort you out.
Good luck!
Logan
P.S. Let us know how it turns out yeah?

Logan,
Thanks for the encourgement. I been in email ctc with them
but apart from acknowleging that it's really taking too long,
and asking me to check with our Post Office, there's nothing
pretty much they can do.
I not sure who's fault is it, it cud have been mishandled by
the postal service or even got stolen en route or sent to
the wrong address. I guessed it's one of the risk one have
to take when buying on the Net.
My hope is somehow the package was designated as
Surface Mail, then it wud really take months to arrive.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Even surface mail takes about 2 months. The next thing you want to try is to get a refund from your credit card company, that is if you have paid by credit card.
Let the credit card company know your situation and get them to contact the dealer. I have managed to get a refund once a few years ago. But you'll have to be fast as there is a time limit on refunds.

Thanks Magicdow for the advice.
