Edge by Kevin Parker

Magician displays one card with its top corner torn and barely hanging on. Magician puts his empty hand around the other side of a glass door or window, keeping it there with its fingers spread wide open and palm visible. The other hand taps the card against the opposite side of the glass, and the card's top corner is visually seen to fall off the card into the hand on the other side - passing right through the glass. Impossible.

* Extremely visual
* Unbelievably easy to do
* Can be performed on any glass window or door, even a car door!

Running Time Approximately 11 min

Edge by Kevin Parker

This is one very interesting effect that is fairly simple to do. The effect is an incredibly VISUAL penetration of a corner of a card through a glass door or window. It is a hard effect to describe in writing but one thing's for sure... IT LOOKS REEEEEEEEEEEEALLY GOOD!!

I must say that this stunning visual effect uses a really smart and novel method. While preparation and set-up is minimal, this effect is not impromptu. You will also require the right door or window to do this and must manage audience angles. However, if the conditions are right, you will have a BRILLIANT reputation maker on your hands.

Highly recommended if you want to fool your friends badly!

My opinion is that is rather obvious. Thought it was very obvious after the first time I watched it. Are you sure the spectator would not guess how it is done?

layman probably won't be able to find out how its done...but if u know most thru window tricks...this one is an easy one. needs alot of practice if wanna make it look convincing....i rate this 6/10 only

So is it 6/10 now or 7/10?

Or 6.5? ;) I find the trick a little risky. It just takes a smart spectator to figure how it is done. And once they figure out how a trick is done, the impact on the rest of your routine may come across as less then impressive. Just my opinion though.
