Psnype by Kevin Parker

The spectator is given a deck of cards. Magician turns his back to him and tells him to cut the deck to any card he wants and peek at it. After spectator peeks at card, magician tells him the card he peeked at without asking any questions or touching the deck. It's as if he saw it while his back was turned. Uses no svengali, no assistance, no mirrors.

* Deck can be examined before and after.
* Back is turned to spectator immediately after handing him the deck and while he peeks at the card.
* Very easy to do, instantly repeatable

Running Time Approximately 10 min

REVIEW BY NING of THE LITTLE MAGIC SHOP

Psnype by Kevin Parker

This is a very direct divination of a playing card while standing at a distance from the spectator. Due to the distance between the spectator and the performer, there is no way for peeks or card markings. The effect can be instantly repeated with another spectator if desired and can be performed surrounded.

Psnype is a smart, strong effect that is direct and impactful. So! If you are looking for a solid devastating ‘street magic style’ mind reading card effect, this is not an expensive investment and is something definitely worth checking out!

I will say that this effect uses a very simple method, yet able to achieve an impactful moment.

Though there are some things to note when doing the effect, but it is very minimal things.

But I will say that it will be a great effect for beginners, that is looking for straightforward, sleightless effect.

For others, you can consider investing into this effect if you looking out for something different in the presentation and styles that Kevin used to present the technique.

Is this anything similar to the Breakthrough Card System?? The application looks the same to me.

yes. it is something similar to BTCS.
the presentation is also pretty good for psnype.

this is a very good trick...although not entirely heckler proof. But works almost every single time. Won't get caught easily. Needs to be tactful when doing this trick on a heckler

I'd reccomend this trick even to beginners

Does it require a set up of any kind?

This trick is really cool. I own it. Anyways, this trick requires just some small preparation and you are ready to perform. Its very easy, uses a simple method/theory and all you need is just a normal deck of cards. I recommend getting it :D

this is not really heck proof as compare to Breakthrough Card System.
but easier in fact.
