Guys need u guys to help out on the 11 dec, nkf will b having their Patient Advocate Extravaganza 2004. They need magicans to entertain the children on that day. If u r free pls help out on that day, info morphine or me if u wan to play ur part for the kids. Below r the details


NKF patient dept (the dept i work for) will be having our annual patient's advocate day. it will be a gathering of 1500 of our patients, donors, doctors, nurses. the highlights will be a premier performance musical featuring our very own acting, singing and dancing patients and nurses. there will also be another award presentation featuring extraordinary patients/children who have led exemplary inspiring lives.

your role would be in the outer foyer (outside the audi where the musical and award presentation is happening) to entertain the children whilst their parents are inside watching the show. the aim is to keep them occupied so that they enjoy themselves fully

some other entertainers like jugglers, face/hand painters, balloon sculptors will be there to cheer the children up too. i will be having a fairy present next to a live christmas tree with candy canes that you can reward the children with once they master a trick from you guys.

ok now for the nitty gritty:

date: 11 dec 2004
time: 1pm (preferably to reach around 12pm for briefing/costume change)
venue: the rock auditorium, suntec city level 3 tower 4
expected number of kids: 70-100

i was considering is it poss to dress up as magicians. if you guys need costume rental, let me know and i see what i can arrange. if you all are not comfortable, its ok.

i hope that you can revert me the soonest that you can.
if you guys are free, please pop by this Sunday at the rock audi in the evening. we will be rehearsing and i can let you see the place.

THis one is a closed event i think....
You can go and support Winder, Ren and Illusionist thou :) their event is on the same day and is open to public. Theirs is the more interesting event actually, busking styled. Then come down with them for the outing that is happening the same evening. :)
