Title: Erik Nordvall's Lecture Notes

Huron - February 2, 2007 04:25 PM (GMT)
Hey guys. I deeply apologise for being so terribly busy the whole of last year, and that I didn't manage to pass you guys Erik's Lecture notes.

For those who want to order, please leave your name on a compiling list. Which means the next person who is interested, please type your name in along with the previous names, so it's easy for me to see who wants the notes.

I'm not sure what the order list is still like because it's been so long, but now I now only have 12 copies left.

I will be passing the notes to you guys on 11th of february at Cityhall Mrt Station. I hope everyone can settle on a general time together.

But here I go again. For those who forgot the content, here's a refresher.

Erik Nordvall from Sweden is sick, that's all I have to say. Imagine the most entertaining, energy-packed, funny, interactive, and magician-fooling magicians, you get Erik Nordvall.

He has been travelling the whole of Asia since December 2005, giving lectures around the world.

When he arrived in Singapore, all I can say is, he floored all the magicians he met here.

Erik won the Swedish Magic Championships twice, and the magic championships in Norway, twice.
He came to Singapore... once... and I had the pleasure, of being his host.

4 days and 3 nights we sessioned together, half the time with my jaw dropped open, the other half... me freaking out.

Now, his lecture in Singapore wasn't highly publicised, so not many had the privilege of watching his magic, and obtaining his material.

Damn right, obtaining his material.

Imagine, in short sleeves, you show your left hand empty on both sides, fingers spread wide open. You slowly curl your fingers into a fist and turn it over... turn the hand back over... open your hand ... to reveal a coin. Impromptu.

Or imagine the deck on the table, and 4 spectators cut off a packet each and looks at the bottom card. They can shuffle the cards in their hands all they want. The magician names every single card.

How about the magician dealing cards onto the table, suddenly stopping at one. The spectator is asked to think of a card, and names it. The stopped at card is turned over... and ia revealed to be the thought of card. Yes, no gimmicks.

I'm not going to spoil the rest of the material for you, but all I can say is, the 8 killer routines 4 sleights and 1 insane utility offered in his lecture notes... are priceless.

The only way to obtain these lecture notes are from Erik himself as he only sells them on tour.

I wouldn't call them lecture notes, as only some routines inside were taught during the lecture... so those who attended the lecture, yes, if you didn't buy them, you are missing out.

But I have some great news.

Erik left his remaining copies with me before leaving Singapore, which means to only way to get them now, are from me.

They are only $30 each.

I highly recommend this collection of card effects, and I'm really glad that only a few are left so that not everyone will be performing these effects.

If you'd like a copy, do reply on this thread. I have very few copies left with some reservations already, so do reserve a copy now, because once they are gone, they are gone forever.

Lecture notes will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

Thanks,
Huron Low
