Title: What Change Is This?

muscleaxl - February 6, 2007 03:56 AM (GMT)
Just saw a clip of Michael Ammar performing the ACR.

In it, he did a colour change where he simply waved his hand over the face card and it changed. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a ego-change like move and I didn't see him p**ming a card beforehand. Maybe he did, and logically speaking, he should but I was quite sure he didn't.

Any idea what change might that be?

Please correct me if I am not wrong. Ammar did a paint brush.

Hope this help. If we happens to meet, glad to show you the move or you can check up with Shade and Dry_Gin for $25.00. haaa.......

You have the clip? I also curious to know, because I remember seeing him perform in his Video series, but dont think have a color change inside

Actually, i think i have also seen a clip of ammar preforming ambitious card. (can't fin it now) And i do remember a color change. If my memory is correct, i don't think it is the paint brush but of the p***ing variety.

It's not the paintbrush; it's the oldest colour change in the book - Expert Card Technique that is. If you're interested, do get a copy and check it out. In fact, it is arguably the FIRST colour change ever created. lol.

OR - I could teach it to you for only $25.

LOL

I'm more interested in how Ammar got rid of his deck at the end..

Anybody?

Is it just me or does the audience reaction seem a little...erm....muted?

That is a really visual (and difficult, to me at least) color change but they are just chuckling with amusement almost politely. Thru-out the whole routine actually, which is really strong, and yet, there wasn't any real major reaction? And the deck vanish at the end. They practically didn't notice it?

And I would imagine they filmed quite a few times before deciding on this one as the best one?

Hmmmm......makes you think doesn't it?
Is this a case of difference between magicians and layman? Or he just had an unlucky day?

bigbadwolf, the deck vanish in the end is a to*** move.

Hi Guys

My apologies. Watch the video clip and confirm it's not a paint brush. I got mixed up with another AC.

It is definitely a colour change.

For vanishing of the deck, Aloy is right.

I suppose he wouldn't get what you say. Why don't you search Michael Ammar's stuff?

Hmm, if one's audience have no great or major reaction, does that mean they do not enjoy the performance?
