Nope, there is a marketed effect, the impromtu Brainwave. I think members that are crazy over brainwave will have the effect. :)

I personally read up on it before, but didnt give a through read over to understand the concept and principal of it.

Anyway, it marks a achievement by you that you are able to think ahead, think far, outside of the box.
