Creating Magic by Gary Kurtz- DVD

In case you didn't already know, Gary Kurtz is a pure magic genius! ;) There's some very strong use of misdirection in all the routines featured so even if you don't plan to do the routines (which would be a real pity!), there's some very good concepts that can be learnt.

For instance, Misty like a Dream is one of the highlight effects. A multiple phrase coin routine that looks like trick photography at times, it has everything: vanishes, productions, a "3 fly-style" coins across sequence and transformations.

Hypothetical Possibilities is an Ambitious Card routine with an interesting time travel plot. The presentation involves the card moving backwards and forwards in time.

The Empty Hand move is a great utility move that has many many applications. The move is very deceptive and looks almost impossible. There is a card to pocket routine taught using The Empty Hand move.

Overall, a very worthwhile DVD. HIGHLY recommended!!!! :lol:
