Uncovered (Secrets For The Serious Magician) by John LukaUncovered is a compilation of first class practical card magic, including some powerful non-card items, written for the serious magician. Featured are several commercial creations that John has had the pleasure of performing in restaurants, at magic get togethers, and at parties for friends. You will find magic that is well within the range of most magicians. The magic is devastating with most items requiring only basic sleight of hand. You won’t find any knuckle busters within this volume. But, you will find MANY things you can use. Anything less is unacceptable!
All the items have been photographed and are explained in great detail. Here is what you will find.

REVIEW BY NING of THE LITTLE MAGIC SHOPUncovered (Secrets For The Serious Magician) by John LukaThe book covers plenty of strong card material, many inspired by classic routines and classics that seem are seldom seen today. It is easy to see that John’s work is strongly influenced by past greats such as Dai Vernon, Marlo, Brother Hammon, Caryle, Charile Miller, Harry Riser and Frank Garcia :)
Wow Revisited is a variation of the popular Biddle Trick, which most performers may disregard and label as unprofessional, but John's presentation and handling for it truly makes the effect work!
Chromo Balls is his original handling of a classic close-up routine known as the 3 ball routine. This is a plot that was performed by such legendry magicians as Dai Vernon, Milt Kort and Frank Garcia. It begins with a colour changing ball sequence, two in hand, one in the pocket phase and finally a complete vanish of all three balls. This is a very old routine that is new again… Brilliant stuff!!!
His Michigan Monte is Ken Brooke’s Side Walk Shuffle routine utilizing ungaffed cards. A great seldom seen routine! A seated Coins Through Table routine is hardly known (much less performed) nowadays and this is one with solid structure and build.
IMHO, this is HIGHLY recommended for solid sleight of hand close-up magic. SWEET! :P
CHEERS!
