Illusion Works - Volumes 1 & 2 by Rand Woodbury

The production values of the videos are modest but it is more than enough to get you started in illusion building. This is for the serious stage magician who really wants to learn more about building illusions B)

Vol 1 is like a workshop teach-in video where Rand literally teaches you how to build two utility illusion props. He teaches to cut wood, glue, nail and finish the props. You will require a full workshop to build this… and the space ;) I’m not sure if you could learn how to build this if you have no experience but a trained carpenter should be able to fabricate this.

Vol 2 reveals the secrets of four illusions, all of which are large-scale grand illusions. This is the stuff the big boys do so it was a real eye-opener. I thought the featured striptease vanish to 2 girl appearance was cute and it was interesting to see the behind the scenes of how the girls get into the hiding positions. Nice! :lol:

Highly recommended if you are into stage illusions, as this is considered the modern video bible for illusion building. A good magic investment!
