Expanded Half Dollar [
I just receieved mine today and I find the [ of good quality.

I have some of Kueppers' custom made products a few years ago and I was expecting a high level of quality. I was not disappointed.

The [ sits nicely on the coin and can cover about 85% of the coin. Once nested, you can even casually show the other side as well. Roy Kueppers' initial can be seen on the underside of the [.


I made a comparison of some of the mass produced [ I have.

Between Sasco, Tango, Johnson's and Kueppers, I find that Johnson's and Kueppers are the best [ of the lot.

Johnson's and Kueppers' [ is of about the same quality but Kueppers' [ can cover more of the coin. Their MSRP is priced the same at US$32.

If you're on the market for an expanded [, you won't go wrong with this.
Recommended.

I tested a couple of Roy Kueppers ] previously and they are much better than Tango and Sasco. The fit is good for an expanded ].

Just an added note, all Kuepper's ]s are hallmarked with his initials on the interior.

As Bernard mentioned, you can't go wrong with them. With the increase in price of Tango ]s, you are much better off paying a few more bucks to get Kuepper's.

Thanks for the review. Sounds like Kueppers [ is a gd investment for the mid-range category. Probably ay the next gathering you can show me how it looks like. Hehe... hope you don't mind ^_^

It's one of the best investments you can make ^_^ I use mine all the time for corporate close up gigs and the reactions are priceless. Kudos to Uncle Bob & Magicdow for pointing me to it back then, it may cost a bit but certainly worth every cent! :lol: So, I'm sure you'd be really happy once you get your hands on it too Jerome :)
