Ultimate monte

Hello.. i was looking through all the stuff which i had bought years back. May i know if anyone has the procedures for Ultimate monte.

If you have a webcam, i can prove to you that i have the cards needed.. I just cant find the procedure and thus cant remember how to use the cards the way they were "meant" to be initially used.

Hope those who have this ultimate monte can shed some light for me.
