Thanks for ur comments..btw whats shifty? i dunno the creator of this, coz my friend show this to me thru webcam and he say he cant do it, and i try it, it works. ^_^

The move can be learnt from Impossible Card Magic by Ray Kosby. It is found in the effect Raise Rise.

Are u sure its raise rise? I thought raise rise doesn't have that big cover motion and uses only 1 hand?

In that case, it's probably Chris Kenner's Shifty move found in Gary Oulette's book "The Pass".
I believe Shigeo Futagawa also developed a similar move which can be found in "The Lecture Notes of Shigeo Futagawa".
