Good Matrix. Smooth and neat. But I can get super confused at time, maybe because the slang he used is making it hard to hear. LOL!!
Anyway, Its kinda of funny to see people comments on the video saying its using tubes, blah blah blah. Super funny.

Wow.. I liked it. Its very slick, very smooth!!
The acent wasn't that strong, or was it? I could understand what he was saying quite easily though - I thought my lecturers were far worst. :P
:off: Btw, is it just me, or does it have a somewhat resemblance to that TCS guy??

Ya I know who you meant, but he is not local.

This guy's name suggest that his japanese, while he can speak french and english pretty fluently.. his tricks are amazing and his presentation style is hiliarious. I think he's pretty establish as there is a interview of him and micheal ammar.
Btw..are you all talking about James Lai?

Heh. I wasn't talking about James Lye. I was talking about Wong Li Lin's husband...
Anyways, was it french he was speaking? I thought it was German. And there was one clip that said he participated in FISM before?? Not sure if that's true though.

No he doesn't look like VR-Man. Neither does he look like Alan Wu.
Hayashi released a DVD on card magic some time back. It's titled
Samurai´s Dream - The Magic of HayashiHe did take part in FISM and other various competitions.

He is a very good magician, I met him in person in Stockholm last year during FISM, he compete for both stage and close up.
His stage act is also excellent.
