I'm surprised, since it poped up after i started the thread under coins <_<

llamalamer - May 3, 2007 03:53 PM (GMT)
Well, I just have to say this.

I planned to keep this underground. Since you mentioned it, I might as well release these plans to everyone.

Anyway, the quality and distortion rate is yet to be known as the gaff is on the way to by mailbox. Maybe yours could be better?

I hope to get your understanding on this.

Kenneth

If yours is good, i'll just drop mine and get one from you. As said depends on the quality also.

May you have a sell-out!

I'll decide after i see the image. I had a 50cent [ too, but the prob is it looks quite different from a normal 50 cent coin. -_- Hence it is almost impossible for me to do anything close-up with it.

Ace, can send me some pics of ur [ ? would like to see if such problems is avoidable.

theWeaver - May 6, 2007 01:55 PM (GMT)

bigbadwolf - May 6, 2007 02:16 PM (GMT)

First of all, Its illegal to do that. But on second note, it might not. First of all, its not a real coin, second, its only half of the real one, third, who ask you to tell the police you own a [?

Seriously if you got caught and need to write a statement over it, just tell them that you are a working magician and these are not modified coin. They are just props. It will be fine..

theWeaver - May 7, 2007 03:55 AM (GMT)
Yea Larry, I guess you are right..

Hmm..

I want a 50 Cent [ !!!

You will still get charged la dude. <_<

The local authorities will not be bothered to hear your explanation. Arrest first, talk later.

Guys, please be discreet when you use these coins. Entertain the right people with it. It only takes one "garang" policeman to subdue you. Once arrested you can kiss your [ goodbye DEFINTELY (and we have not mention the possible legal consequences you may face).

No offence, personally with that kind of money for a shell and the possiblity of using it in fear locally, I would rather save up for a SchoolCraft or Lassen shell set. Nice, big coins that will even make the toughest policeman go "Woah!"

My 2cents' worth.

I have check with the authority in Singapore a few years ago. Any modifications to the currency here is consider illegal (this includes writing on the note). It doesn't matter if you use it for entertainment purposes or anything else. You take a risk if you want to use these [.

All they need is a first person in everything. Remember the first angmo to get caning? The first person to get charged for their blogs? It'll be news and they can deter others from following.

Having said all these, I'll want to know who the maker is before making my purchase.
