Title: Pambudi's Items
Description: Dvd and lecture notes
Magicdow - May 29, 2007 06:02 AM (GMT)
As most of you are aware that our favourite mentalist is leaving Singapore, he has given us a very good lecture as a parting gift. Those of you who attended will know.
I am now helping him to sell his lecture notes ($5) and his dvd ($15). The dvd is very well produced (professional quality) .
Here're the details of the dvd $15
1)Knowledge is Power
This is Pambudi’s original idea using 3 envelope predictions using magazine, playing cards and dictionary. The mentalist is able to predict the chosen word from the magazine, a selected playing card and another word selected from 3 dictionary in 3 different languages.
2)Dream Holiday
Five spectators write their favorite holiday destination.
Another spectator chooses one of them. The final choice will match the giant prediction on the table. This is adapted from Richard Ostarlind’s idea with different presentation style.
3)Street Gambler
This is an impromptu gambling routine using 5 pieces of blank cards. Very simple, easy-to-do, straight forward and great impact to your audiences. Pambudi uses and gives another twist to Corinda’s principle and Peter Nardi’s idea.
4)Bill-in-Orange
Another simple yet effective method for Bill-in-Orange using dollar note in local currency. This is Pambudi’s style which use minimum sleight of hands so you can concentrate on the presentation.
Review of the lecture is here

I having some problems playing the dvd. I'm not sure why but certain clips keep stopping. And if i remove and put in still can play but another clip will have the same problem.
I read up a bit and know that sticker labels on DVDs may warp the discs causing it to be unreadable. May i know if anyone is encountering such problems?
Any resolution to this? Thanks
Magicdow - June 6, 2007 12:14 AM (GMT)
If the problems persists. Bring it back. I'll change one for you.

I've got no problems with the dvd. Trying using a tissue and wipe the reflective surface of the disc in an outward motion and try it again. It will remove some persistant dust or minor debris.
Or alternatively create an image from the disc and burn it into a new dvd.

Hey dude! Do you have anymore DVDs left? Could someone post a review? Thanks man!
