Hello, this is Ryan and I'm really pleased to meet you guys. I love doing card tricks and gambling sleights. I ventured into magic when i was in primary 5 after my uncle showed me an old coin trick. As i have COMPLETELY no knowledge of magic back then, i was dumbfounded. I was thinking:''Dang! How does he do that!''. Then, after that, i got sucked into the realm of magic. AND i am really glad that i made that choice. Seeing the look of your spectators when they are in awe is absolutely priceless. Not only it gave me confidence, it also helped me to earn extra allowance. I tell you, magic MAY be an expensive hobby, but once you've ventured into the realm of illusions and tricks, you will not want to go back. It's just amazing. And me, being a 12 year old boy, am not intimidated by people who are more professional. It's the presentation that makes the magic awesome. It's true. If you're walking up to a random spectator, all nervous, unprepared, then there's a possibilility that the audience will catch you. I don't know why. That's what happened when i first started performing to my parents. If you fail in doing one magic, don't be intimidated, as, failure is the path to success. And, seeing the posts that you guys made, I'm sure that everyone of you are people who i can trust and look up to if i have any problems. I'm really looking forward to meeting you guys but i hope you won't mind my age. That's all folks! Bye!

Welcome, I do have the same problem till today when I walk up to strangers and perform an effect. I think its due to the lack of presentation skills. Sort of get stage fright often when performing to someone I don't know at all. But to friends, I'm ok. Hope to see you around in some of the SMC gatherings=) Take care!
